太平洋瓦斯與電力公司 (英文：Pacific Gas and Electric Company)，當地多以簡稱PG&E或太平洋瓦電稱呼，是美國一家提供加州北三分之二，由中南部貝克斯菲爾德幾乎到加州－奧勒岡州邊界的區域，大部分天然瓦斯和電力服務等的公用事業公司。

太平洋瓦電創立於1905年，現是PG&E公司 (PG&E Corporation) 的主要子公司，舊金山太平洋瓦電大樓 (Pacific Gas & Electric Building) 為其總部。

PG&E Corporation is a holding company. The Company's primary operating subsidiary is Pacific Gas and Electric Company (the Utility), which operates in northern and central California.

The Utility is engaged in the sale and delivery of electricity and natural gas to customers.

The Utility generates electricity and provides electricity transmission and distribution services throughout its service territory in northern and central California to residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural customers.

The Utility provides bundled services (electricity, transmission and distribution services) to various customers in its service territory. As of December 31, 2016, the Utility owned approximately 18,400 circuit miles of interconnected transmission lines operating at voltages ranging from 60 kilovolt to 500 kilovolt. As of December 31, 2016, the Utility also operated 92 electric transmission substations with a capacity of approximately 64,600 megavolt ampere (MVA).
