本集團創立於1999年，致力於提供包含一般廢棄物、一般事業廢棄物以及有害事業廢棄物一站式清除處理服務業務。集團組成包含國內目前最大處理許可量之有害重金屬中間固化處理廠及最終處置民營掩埋場。

       台灣早期注重工業生產忽略廢棄物處理，導致許多工廠土地遭受有害重金屬污染，甚至有些重金屬污染場址，因種植農作物致使這些農作物滲入到我們的食物鏈中，造成我們國人健康莫大的損害，例如：鎘米及重金屬銅木瓜等事件，這些都是農地污染，間接造成環境危害的隱形殺手。

        因此，本公司除致力於提供生產事業單位，日常性的廢棄物處理業務外，亦提供污染場址的整體解決方案。從污染環境的採樣調查到危害污染物的移除等，務使污染場址土壤恢復原本風貌，以達到土地活化再利用之目的，並降低國人健康危險的隱形危害因子。迄今本公司陸續完成的重大污染場址整治實績，如台北瑞芳煙道陰陽海的整治到台南二仁溪電鍍廢水污染的整治等，娓娓細數已先後完成數十起重大污染整治的成功實績。使之這些原來的污染場址經過整治後，不再成為污染的源頭，而影響鄰近民眾的生活品質。

       2015年本集團以植栽結合掩埋場之擋土牆及綠建材，打造了一座寬約13.8公尺、長約180公尺，面積約為2,594平方公尺的綠化植生牆，利用植物顏色差異「種」出一幅樹畫。建造這座綠化植生牆是以減碳綠化生態之環保立場出發的具體行動工作，期望將早期廢棄物掩埋所遭受民眾誤解是臭味與髒亂之刻板印象予以扭轉。此外，並將掩埋場廢(污)水經處理後回收部分用做植生牆的澆灌用水，讓水資源得以充分再使用，此項對於環境友善之營造，於2015年6月29日通過金氏世界紀錄認證，成為目前世界最大的垂直花園，該認證單位大中華區總監除了親自頒發認證祝賀挑戰成功，還盛讚台灣重視環保，值得為世界楷模。
