Dürr AG is a global mechanical and plant engineering firm.

The company, founded by Paul Dürr (1871-1936) as a metal shop for roof flashing in Cannstatt in 1895, has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 4 January 1990.


Meanwhile, the shares are listed in the MDAX and Stoxx 600.


The customers of Dürr AG include almost all familiar automobile manufacturers and their suppliers.

Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG, also known as Schaeffler Group (Schaeffler Gruppe in German), is a manufacturer of rolling element bearings[3]for automotive, aerospace and industrialuses[4] before October 9, 2015 IPO in Germany. It was founded in 1946 by brothers Dr. Wilhelm and Dr.-Ing. E. h. Georg Schaeffler.[2]

In August 2008 the firm agreed to a staggered £á12 billion acquisition of larger rival Continental AG, whereby Schaeffler would defer taking a majority stake until at least 2012.[5] However, in 2011 Schaeffler sold off £á1.8 billion worth of shares of Continental, reducing its stake from 75.1% to 60.3%.[6] Currently, the company owns 46% of Continental shares.[7] Schaeffler Group also owns the brands INA, FAG and LuK.

In Germany, the main brands of the Schaeffler Group ¡V INA, FAG and LuK ¡V are marketed by Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG and LuK GmbH & Co. oHG.
