ADR量太小

DKK:TOP與TPDKY一樣下跌，應該不是ADR成交量的關係；DKK:TOP盈再表沒有反應從K線圖在2012年到2013年之間價格有一段落差，但是查不到明顯的除息，或是拆股？？？
