Red Electrica Corporacion SA is a Spain-based company active in the energy sector.

The Company manages the Spanish high-voltage transmission grid and is responsible for its development, maintenance and improvement of the network’s installations.

Its activities also include the coordination between the generation, transmission and distribution of electric energy.

As of December 31, 2013, the Company’s transmission grid was composed of more than 42,000 kilometers of high voltage electricity lines and more than 5,200 substation bays.

The Enterprise is a parent of Red Electrica Group and operates through its subsidiaries in Spain, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Peru and through its affiliates in France.

Tecnicas Reunidas SA is a Spain-based company engaged in the engineering and construction of industrial facilities.

Its activities are structured in three business areas: Oil & Gas, Power and Infrastructure and industries.
