2015年3月24日,中國海外發展將以代價18.24億元人民幣(23.09億港元)購入母公司內地多個省市以至英國倫敦物業,總建築樓面約1,091萬平米。,並承擔目標集團欠付中建股份的319.93億元人民幣(404.97億港元)股東貸款,總額相當於338.17億元人民幣(428.06億港元)。就有關項目注入,中建股份同意按每股25.38元,即中海外前日收市價22.9元溢價10.8%,認購16.86億股中海外新股,佔已擴大後股本17.1%,認購代價428.06億元,約相當於代價及中建股份股東貸款總額;完成有關認購後,母公司的持股將由逾53%,上調到61.18%。

2015年7月初,當時控股公司中國海外發展有限公司正計劃分拆香港和中國內地經營物業管理行業(中海物業集團有限公司)上市,預計上市日期為2015年10月23日,由於該計劃不涉及發行新股配售和集資,因此只作為介紹形式上市[2][3][4]

2016年2月12日,國萬投資有限公司(母公司:中國海外發展有限公司)以21.3億港元投得大埔市地段第221號大埔荔枝山山塘路地皮,樓面呎價僅1,848元,低於市場估值42%。地皮地盤面積約405760平方呎,最高可建樓面面積約1152824平方呎,,項目將會興建17幢10至19層高的分層住宅大廈,總樓面達114.9萬平方呎,估計提供約1,700伙。

2016年3月11日,中國海外以310億元(人民幣.下同)(約370.8億港元),收購中信集團住宅地產業務,目標公司之物業組合包括121個物業項目,截至2016年4月30日,總建築面積約為3,155萬平方米,總權益建築面積約2,352萬平方米(合營項目按持股比例計算),分布於中國內地25個主要經濟地區城市,代價支付包括中國海外將向中信賣方以每股27.13港元發行約10.96億股,占公司現有已發行股本的11.11%,並占擴大股本後的10%。交易完成後,中信將成為中國海外第二大股東,

2017年5月26日,港鐵公司公布,由信和置業嘉華國際[url=]中國海外發展[/url]合組財團以83.3億元,即每呎樓面地價6735元投得西鐵錦上路站1期項目,項目地皮面積約448,644平方呎,可建樓面面積達1,236,741平方呎,將提供最少1,652個住宅單位,預期於2025年竣工。

2015年12月7日,
南豐集團以每股5.05港元作價,向安邦保險集團及安邦財產保險出售持有的20.5%(15.41億股)遠洋地產權益,總代價約77.84億港元

2015年12月10日,
九龍倉集團以每股5港元作價,向獨立第三方出售持有的5.925%%遠洋地產權益,,合共套現22億元。完成後,九龍倉將不再持有任何遠洋地產股份。

2017年中,遠洋參股
南豐集團日出康城六期項目,成為中遠系公司在華北以外首個地產項目,亦是其首個鐵路上蓋地產項目。

1988年(昭和63年)3月18日開場[1],是日本第一座巨蛋型球場[2],亦是株式會社東京巨蛋所營運的東京巨蛋城核心施設。愛稱為「BIG EGG[2]


日本職棒讀賣巨人的主場,曾經舉辦過籃球美式足球比賽,還有職業摔角綜合武術K-1賽事或音樂表演。其蛋型屋頂為具彈性的薄膜,一般會把巨蛋內的氣壓控制在比巨蛋外高0.3%以維持蛋頂外型。


東京巨蛋的原址為1949年啟用、1972年關閉的後樂園自行車場。1988年3月17日落成啟用,以取代鄰近的後樂園球場

只是現在房地產開始走下坡,不過能先參考,幾年後再考慮~

The bid was approved by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) on 29 November 2010.[20] ACS increased its stake in Hochtief to 50.16 percent in June 2011,[21]effectively taking over control of Hochtief.
