The pro forma revenue reflects FMC’s calculation as of the date hereof based on information currently available. Form 8-K will be filed within 75 days of the transaction date and will include unaudited pro forma condensed financial information related to the transactions.
In 1928, Bean Spray Pump purchased two companies: the Anderson-Barngrover Co. and Sprague-Sells Co. At this time the company changed its name to Food Machinery Corporation, and began using the initials FMC.
Later FMC produced the M113, one of the most widely used AFVs ever. FMC employed 5,500 people worldwide, and had gross revenues of US$3.4 billion in 2011.[5]

The FMC Health and Nutrition segment focuses on nutritional ingredients, health excipients and functional health ingredients. The Company's FMC Health and Nutrition segment focuses on food ingredients, pharmaceutical excipients and omega-3 oils.
The Company's FMC Lithium segment manufactures lithium for use in a range of lithium products.
