油漆塗料股，老巴持股有兩家企業上榜。
其它文章也有討論，貼在這kaka桑好像比較好整理，所以就貼在這了…
2017年油漆塗料業總產值約1250億美元，Sherwin Willams公司簡報沒將RPM納入排名，有點奇怪~
台灣永記造漆(1726)營收排名約排在全球52名。

敬佩，這麼仔細還幫大家製表到 Top 30，非常感恩。
這真是個高度競爭千家爭鳴的區塊，RPM 自己在年報上宣稱它們並沒有在塗料上面取得明顯的市佔，我想這應是未被納入版圖的原因，供參考。

本來只想列到全球TOP 10，後來想看看各國的TOP 1 ROE表現的如何，結果大部份表現普普或不好…
出乎我的想像，之前以為其它國家的油漆塗料產業都像永記造漆躺都賺，結果…
投資個別優質企業不選產業是真理…

看到世界最大感覺就很威， 世界最大鈦白粉顏料生產商 KRO  (KRONOS WORLDWIDE, INC.)，好像沒有討論過.....

  1. 鈦白粉(學名：二氧化鈦(TiO2))，是一種白色顏料，無毒，不溶於水，可溶於濃硫酸、鹼和氫氟酸。主要原料為鈦精礦、高鈦渣、硫酸。下游應用涵蓋塗料、塑料、造紙、印刷油墨、化纖、橡膠、醫藥、食品、化妝品等領域，其中消耗量為大為塗料，其次則為塑膠。

    二氧化鈦存在三種結晶形式，分別為板鈦型、銳鈦型和金紅石型，其中板鈦型晶型不穩定，無工業利用價值；銳鈦型（Anatase）簡稱A型，白度較好，但遮色力僅為金紅石（Rutile，簡稱R）型的70%。

    2011年全球二氧化鈦產能為655萬噸，其中大陸佔總產能31%，居全球第一，第二則為美國，產能佔比為22%。

    鈦白粉用途上：
    主要分為塗料類及非塗料類為二種。塗料類應用領域為塗料、油漆、油墨等產品的生產，主要有金紅石型鈦白粉(Rutile)和銳鈦型鈦白粉(Anatase)；非塗料類則應用於搪瓷、陶瓷、玻璃、合金、電子陶瓷、焊條等產品的生產，主要有搪瓷級鈦白粉、陶瓷級鈦白粉、電子陶瓷級鈦白粉、玻璃級鈦白粉、合金級鈦白粉、焊條級鈦白粉等。

    橡膠領域方面：
    被用來當作著色劑，具有補強、防老化、填充等作用，廣泛用於汽車輪胎、膠鞋、橡膠地板、手套、運動器材等，一般以銳鈦型為主。另外在摻入塑膠製品時，它可有效地散射可見光而賦予白度(WHITENESS)，亮度(BRIGHTNESS)和不透明度(opacity)。即使在最嚴苛的處理條件下，它都具有化學惰性，不可溶性和熱穩定性，被認為是世界上性能最好的一種白色顏料，約占白色顏料總消費量的70%。

    全球前七大鈦白粉廠商包括杜邦（DuPont Titanium Technologies）、科斯特（Cristal Global）、亨斯曼（Huntsman Pigments）、康諾斯（Kronos Worldwide，Inc.）、特諾（TronoxIncorporated）、薩哈利本（Sachtleben Chemie Gmbh）、日本石原產業（Ishihara Sangyo Kaisha，Ltd.），其產能之和佔世界總產能的68%。2010年中國鈦白粉產能近200萬噸，佔總產能的31%。

  1. 昨天剛好跟一位化學系畢業的朋友聊天，聊到鈦白粉，剛好他之前待過一家鈦白粉貿易公司，如下是印相中他講的內容
  2. 以往鈦白粉產量最大為杜邦，但後來大陸產能開出後低價搶市，導致杜邦鈦白粉事業虧損，後來杜邦便將鈦白粉事業賣掉
  3. 康諾斯KRO的鈦白粉品質最好，但很貴，該位朋友說KRO的鈦白粉添加到油漆能確保白色油漆不會變黃，鈦白粉亦可添加在手機殼
