我是 今年 9/21 在台北上課的學生
想跟Mike請教一隻美股 NLY!  
按盈再表, 結果是合格的,  股價幾乎是10年內的低價!

業務跟房貸有關
不知如何查他的市占率, 她在美國是不是這領域的龍頭,?
不知如何檢查評估房貸業務風險?

(RCap), operates as a broker-dealer. The Company also invests in Agency debentures, which consist of debentures issued by the Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB), Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. In August 2012, the Company liquidated FIDAC FSI LLC. In December 2012, the Company sold FIDAC Europe Limited. As of December 31, 2012, all of the mortgage-backed securities, which it has acquired, have been backed by single-family residential mortgage loans.

配息真好,股價也低,好好來研究一下,感謝Vincent Tang同學提供,又多棵樹可以種了

Mortgage REITs such as Two Harbors, AGNC and Annaly borrow short-term to buy longer-dated mortgage-backed securities. When rates go up, it harms their businesses. That's because borrowing costs go up quickly while the longer-dated mortgage-backs on their balance sheets decline in value.

借短支長, 一但短期利率上升, 它就慘了. 看來它的獲利及股價是因為受到利率上升的影響而下跌.

正因如此 才有便宜價可撿 。2004 升息時也不過跌到10圓 ,很吸引人

類似股AGNC ROE更漂亮!

看營收貌似是美國最大的房地產reit(待求證)
