美高梅國際酒店集團（英語：MGM Resorts International）是一家位於美國內華達州克拉克縣拉斯維加斯市天堂區的賭場及酒店營運公司。美高梅國際酒店集團是全球第二大博彩公司，僅在2009年就收入高達60億美元。美高梅國際酒店集團在內華達州州、密西西比州和密西根州擁有15家物業，此外還擁有位於內華達州、伊利諾伊州和中國澳門4家物業50%的所有權。[2][3]

銀河娛樂集團有限公司，簡稱銀河娛樂集團，以及銀河娛樂（英語：Galaxy Entertainment Group Limited，港交所：0027）、銀娛，在2005年10月26日起，由嘉華建材有限公司換取上市而來。集團主要股東呂志和媒體指是澳門新賭王[1]
由於大股東持有澳門政府新發賭牌（收購原銀河娛樂場股份有限公司，簡稱：銀河），嘉建因而於零四年末成為在香港股票市場中，澳門概念股被熱炒時的焦點，股價在短短三四月內急升十八倍。
2007年10月，銀河娛樂引入全球第五大私募基金Permira為第二大股東。[2] Permira合共斥資65億元購入銀娛20%股權，配售價每股8.42元， 2008年6月30日，裁員270人。[1][2][3]
2011年7月22日，集團和UA合作，把旗下澳門銀河開設澳門首個3D戲院「UA銀河影院」，為提供澳門市民及其他遊客方便而設。開幕日期為2011年12月15日。[3]
2013年5月5日，以32.5億元向結好控股收購澳門金都酒店及娛樂場。　
2013年6月17日，銀娛取代思捷環球，獲納入恆生指數成份股（藍籌股）

IGT：吃角子老虎大廠

看了同學提供的邪惡基金，持股第一名是
International Game Technology (IGT)。
這名字大家可能都很陌生，他是吃角子老虎大廠，
北美市佔率達70%，是一家很有趣的公司。
他的2013年營收來源：Gaming Operation 42.3%、
Product Sales 46.3%、Interactive 11.3%。
甚麼是Gaming Operation ? 簡單來說就是「放檯子」，
還記得周人蔘嗎 ? IGT 就是北美周人蔘，
他們把吃角子老虎放在賭場，贏的錢賭場跟IGT拆帳。

Product Sales 就是把吃角子老虎的機器或程式
賣斷給賭場，含日後維修。

Interactive 就是線上賭博(真錢，佔比很小)，
IGT擁有全美唯二的線上賭牌
(但很少州開放線上賭博)。
之前買下在Facebook的遊戲公司Double Down，
IGT也經營線上遊戲(假錢)

一家公司擁有三種截然不同的營收線，
Gaming Operation(GO)隨著景氣波動，
Product Sales(PS)隨景氣劇烈波動，
Interactive(I)的線上遊戲生意，完全無法預測。

這三條線的特性在今年第二季(fiscal year不一樣)
因年初大雪表露無遺，GO -9%、PS -27%、I +20%。
Interactive雖然成長，但線上遊戲變動太快，外界對此很保留。
我覺得PS的銷售應該在第三季會恢復，
因為賭場設備還是要更新。

前一陣子因Mike新買的股票我剛好有，所以我跑去買了IGT，
可是事後問自己是否能抱到貴價 ? 答案是否定，
而且這樣就跟Mike的持股逾差越遠，
所以在不賠錢下，把他換成Mike手上有的，
雖然感覺IGT跌太多會反彈，當時盈再表看起來也OK。

沒多久，傳出有PE要買下IGT，上星期漲了超過25%。
問我可惜嗎?    不 !。。。。。是超可惜的……
