PCP：噴射機引擎扇葉

PCP專門生產大型、複雜、特殊的精密金屬零件，
主力是噴射機引擎內的扇葉或零件。
因為引擎製造商越來越追求高效能與低排放，
所以引擎內的零件金屬必須能承受越來越高的溫度，
而PCP是這個領域的領導者。

全世界噴射機引擎製造大部分集中於GE(佔PCP13% revenue)、
Rolls Royce、UTX的Pratt & Whitney三家公司，
PCP跟他們合作都有數十年之久，
這些引擎股泛運用於Boeing，Air Bus的商用噴射機
及LMT的F-35或其他噴射戰機。
80%以上營收來自美國本土。

因為引擎扇葉有定的使用年限，
PCP估計35%的扇葉銷售被當成零件替換。
PCP的產品除了航空業(68%)，
還運用於電力產業(18%)，及一般產業(14%)。
因為高度集中於航空業，
所以PCP說他們公司是與航空業連動的景氣循環股，
這兩年BA和LMT生意大爆發，PCP也跟著水漲船高。

PCP也是S&P500成分股。

Hrs歸類是軍火工業，提供軍事用通訊資訊設備，看起來很像Col，LLL這類的公司，但規模比較小。競爭對手都是大咖，可能因此市場給他比較低的本益比。庫存訂單有72億美金，但年營業額有50億，所以訂單能見度只有一年多，不如其他大咖能見度可能達3年以上。2/6會有新季報。很可惜是小咖，謝謝Joseph哥看年報提供

洛克希德馬丁欲剝離60億美元資產以通過反壟斷審查

美國最大軍火商洛克希德-馬丁公司(Lockheed Martin)已同意以90億美元收購聯合技術(United Technologies)旗下黑鷹直升機制造商西科斯基飛機公司(Sikorsky Aircraft)。
該項收購將有助于洛克希德-馬丁公司進入契約總值高達300億美元的旋翼機市場，并確保其在國防承包領域未來數十年的領導地位。如果一切順利，該筆交易預計將于2016年初之前完成。
據路透社援引洛克希德-馬丁公司首席執行官Marillyn Hewson的話說："Sikorsky很適合洛克希德-馬丁收購，而且也與我們世界級的航空航天、國防及科技產品和技術組合相輔相成。
"此外，"還可以為我們的全球客戶提供一系列的直升機解決方案，并加速創新和新技術開發步伐。"Marillyn Hewson補充道。
上世紀90年代以來，洛克希德-馬丁公司通過一系列收購提高自身實力。1994年，洛克希德公司收購了在化學、航空航天和電子領域領先的馬丁公司。
此后1996年，以91億美元收購了電子公司Loral Corp。此次收購西科斯基飛機公司是近20年來，洛克希德-馬丁公司最大的收購項目。
目前洛克希德-馬丁公司是海軍艦艇和衛星方面的領導者，同時在研發F-35戰斗機。雖然已投入了4000億美元，但F-35戰斗機仍存在很多技術缺陷，近期不會用于戰場。
在并入可以生產旋翼機的西科斯基飛機公司之后，洛克希德-馬丁公司有望開始生產下一代戰斗直升機。
不過該項并購還需要通過美國國防部的批準。為了競爭需要，美國國防部有可能阻止涉及主要國防承包商的并購。考慮到出售西科斯基飛機公司的后果，聯邦反壟斷審查有可能阻礙洛克希德-馬丁公司的計劃。
不過，Marillyn Hewson持樂觀態度。她堅稱出售西科斯基飛機公司不會減少生產直升機的廠商。為了抵消國防部的憂慮，洛克希德-馬丁公司打算剝離60億美元的其它資產。
國防承包領域洛由克希德-馬丁公司(Lockheed Martin)、波音公司和諾斯羅普-格魯曼公司(Northrop Grumman)三大國防承包商占據統治地位。
2014年，洛克希德-馬丁公司以逾450億美元的年銷售額排名第一，波音公司緊隨其后，軍用部門年銷售額300億美元（總收入900億美元），諾斯羅普-格魯曼名列第三，年銷售額240億美元。

幻象查了一下，是「達梭航太 Dassault Aviation」，
有股票，按了一下盈再表，用全球法國的來按，
「抓不到年資產表」，所以沒顯示ROE的數字，
我用美股盈再表來按美股ADR的，終於有ROE的數字，不過很爛，
所以我想這個什麼達梭航太就不用去管它了！
反倒是達梭航太的股東那邊，有個「空中巴士集團」，
盈再表數字就是高ROE低盈再率，而且又是法國40成分股，

小弟航太系畢業
在航空業，不管是硬體或是軟體(電子產品)都需通過FAA(Federal Aviation Administratio)或ICAO(International Civil Aviation Organization)認證，但通過認證不易且廠商也基於安全因素不太敢使用新廠商，所以基本上不太可能新增一個新進者，然後打破現有的壟斷趨勢，且飛機不管是軟硬體特別是電子系統都有好幾套系統，藉此提高安全性，但即便如此飛機製造商仍然不敢輕易更換供應商，在此要分享的有兩點：
1.航太業硬體(例如：機身、機翼、起落架...)供應商要投入的成本相對較高，風險也較高，利潤最多就屬引擎製造商(例如：GE、UTX(UTX併購普惠)、Rolls-Royce Group plc...)
2.電子產品(代號：COL)或飛行模擬器(CAE)，電子產品即便未故障也需定期更換，營收相對穩定

AER是世界第二大的飛機租賃公司, 僅次於GECAS(奇異子公司),
也是BA大客戶. 整體感覺像是航空業界的中租/裕融/歐力士
這一類的公司. 航空業產業門檻高, 護城河相對也深.
ROE穩定, 高盈再, 不配息, 常利增, 是不符上課選股條件,
個人則解讀為衝刺規模,  所以還是買了一些
(前些時候買了GE, 後來才知道第一二名都買了).




能夠和M/J老師以及同學前往美國種世界級果樹, 真是開心.

若以航太產業，小弟認為就買下面這幾檔就好了：
  1. 國防：Northrop Grumman Corp. (NOC U.S.: NYSE)，Lockheed Martin Corp. (LMT U.S.: NYSE)，General Dynamics Corp. (GD U.S.: NYSE)，美國的國防工業是最強的。
  2. 國防＋民航：Boeing Co. (BA U.S.: NYSE)應是航太產業必買的，因為民航地位已是最強，我認為已超越空巴，波音同時是全球第二大國防承包商，軍售武器量僅僅次於洛克希德·馬丁，看到這裡應該就知道他有多強了。
  3. 航空電子：Rockwell Collins Inc. (COL U.S.: NYSE)(後續將被UTX併購)，Raytheon Co. (RTN U.S.: NYSE)，航空電子都很穩，因為航空電子不容出錯。
  4. 可製造整台飛機的公司：United Technologies Corp. (UTX U.S.: NYSE)(UTX已併購最大起落架製造商Goodrich及最大引擎製造商Pratt & Whitney引擎，後續將再併購COL)
  5. 飛航教育訓練：CAE Inc. (CAE U.S.: NYSE)(在航空界應該就這個CAE的模擬器訓練出來的飛行員是被認可的，聽到這裡應該就知道其獨大的產業地位)

以下亂閒聊一下，但雖然說是亂聊，看完您大概可以了解為何小弟建議國防航太就買#89那幾檔就好了：
  1. BAE systems太仰賴國防收入了，相對美國本土的國防工業，因跟國家命脈綁在一起，且美國的國防公司收入穩定，全球備美國保護的國家大多會買他們的國防產品，即便根本用不到，因為需要美國協防，台灣不就是一例？
  2. Airbus也不錯，但有很多設計小弟覺得太過浪漫，A380?相較之下Boeing設計較實際且經濟。
  3. Rolls-Royce單賣引擎就不如普惠引擎(UTX子公司)，全球主流引擎應該就GE跟普惠引擎。
  4. Safran group簡直是拼裝車，Safran group = Snecma引擎公司+ Messier-Bugatti-Dowty起落架，引擎沒普惠好，起落架也沒Goodrich好，所以看得出UTX真的是超棒！UTX若未達貴價，真的可以續放，放到貴再賣。
  5. 漢翔現在幾乎都在接代工， 這種接case獲利難穩定，且國家支持有限，不像美國的國防公司。
  6. 豐達科之前是間幾乎快倒閉的公司，後來因為GE介入才賺錢，所以都開美股戶頭了，這個應該就不會買了，更何況美股不扣我們半毛稅。

再補充閒聊：
  1. safran group真的是拼裝車，怎麼說，snecma引擎在合併前本來就比較賺，說話比較大聲，相較之下Messier dowty起落架就比較弱勢，整個safran group有意整合但因snecma引擎較強勢(較賺錢當然說話大聲)，所以snecma引擎自己又搞一套系統，相反的Messier dowty起落架因知道自己沒引擎賺錢所以就乖乖的follow safran group的系統。
  2. 看到這裡就知道UTX怎麼完勝Safran group.
  3. ＃89的國防航空股精選，應該就是念了幾年Aerospace Engineering都耳熟能詳的公司。

  1. 關於現今引擎開發，不管是現在或是未來，將會是多以50-50共同開發為主，畢竟引擎開發風險也是很大，例如廣體客機引擎：Boeing-GE VS Airbus-Rolls Royce，窄體客機：GE-Safran（LEAP engines為新一代引擎將取代過去已經賣得很好的CFM engine） VS Pratt & Whitney(GTF technology also being patronized by Rolls Royce)

再補充引擎的發展：
  1. CFM(SAFRY＋GE)是737的唯一引擎供應商，但A320neo問世後，成為有史以來銷售速度最快的商業飛機，挑戰波音 737 在單走道客機銷售霸主的地位。而A320neo的引擎有Pratt & Whitney PW1100G-JM(UTX) 或 CFMInternational LEAP-1A(SAFRY+GE)，而目前A320neo大部份是採購Pratt & Whitney PW1100G-JM(UTX)但因異常遲交，後面的訂單可能會跑到CFM International LEAP-1A(SAFRY+GE)，甚至可能導致A320neo遲交，屆時Boeing（BA）將受益最大，而737的唯一引擎製供應商CFM(SAFRY＋GE)也將受益
  2. 但總結來說，小弟覺得Pratt& Whitney PW1100G-JM(UTX)遲交這件事是有驚無險，UTX還是很好。而另一個重點是從引擎的熱銷可看出GE還是很讚，套句Mike大講的等跌到淨值再買！

《彭博》報導，4 月 14 日美國、法國、和英國聯合對敘利亞進行的導彈襲擊，國防企業洛克希德馬丁 Lockheed Martin (LMT-US) 推動了作為 46 億美元國防計劃一部份，戰場上首次亮相的新型隱形式巡航導彈。


據了解，2 架 B-1B 轟炸機於敘利亞領空外，向大馬士革地區的 Barzah 研究與發展中心，發射了 19 枚聯合空對地導彈（Joint Air to Surface Standoff Missiles，JASSM）。據五角大廈（美國國防部）提道，這些 JASSMs 導彈與 57 枚雷神公司 Raytheon (RTN-US) 的戰斧導彈（Tomahawk）聯合襲擊目標。

國防承包商（或稱國防合約商、防務承包商，有時也稱軍事承包商）是一類為一國國防部提供產品或服務的商業機構或個人。提供的產品一般包括軍用飛機、軍艦、車輛、武器以及電子系統等防禦或攻擊武器、防具。提供的服務包括後勤、技術支持、訓練以及通訊支持。美國的例子有生產戰鬥機的洛克希德·馬丁集團，生產義勇兵洲際飛彈的波音集團，生產核武器的通用電氣公司等；日本則為川崎重工和三菱重工；中華民國則為漢翔航空工業。
國防承包商一般不對軍事活動提供直接支援。按照1949年的日內瓦協議，對軍事活動提供直接支援的國防承包商可能成為軍事攻擊的合法目標。
