羅薩奧蒂卡集團（英語：Luxottica Group S.p.A.），於1961年在義大利成立，是全球最大的太陽眼鏡公司，市場佔有率愈80%[2][3]，垂直整合（英語：Vertical integration）了整個供應鏈，業務涵蓋了生產、批發和零售，旗下品牌包括：亮視點、雷朋、Oakley和幾乎所有奢侈品牌如香奈兒、普拉達、亞曼尼、巴寶莉、凡賽斯的太陽眼鏡業務。
2017年1月17日羅薩奧蒂卡和法國鏡片製造商Essilor International SA（依視路）將合併成EssilorLuxottica 新公司將成為一間年收入150億歐元，擁有14萬員工的眼鏡業龍頭。根據協議持有羅薩奧蒂卡 62%的創辦人 Leonardo Del Vecchio 將成為新公司最大的股東，持有31%至38%股份
